Do you find yourself easily irritated, frustrated, and/or angry – even though you don’t want to be?
Have you been taught that emotions are supposed to be suppressed, especially the “bad” ones? Do you feel like there's not a way out of this cycle of go, go, go, feeling exhausted from doing everything, and then losing your patient’s typically on the one’s you love most?
I still find myself with overwhelming emotions. Emotions that I can feel throughout my whole body if I consciously observe. This typically happens after I have worked all day, then do the real work of motherhood, and then all three of my kids need something during the bedtime routine.
Thankfully, I have learned and often practice the tools to allow these emotions to flow through me while not intensifying the situation or hurting anyone in the process.
In this workshop you will...
Understand the impacts of suppressing your emotions
Identify and learn how to relate to your emotions in triggering situations
Develop the ability to express your emotions
Be guided through a meditative process to connect to your emotions
As a result of this workshop, you will increase your emotional intelligence, learn a process to allow your emotions to flow productively in difficult situations, and feel more connected to yourself.
We invite you to join us on Saturday July 31st at 9:00am PT (12:00 pm ET).
